Welcome to
the huliiverse

We started with childcare.
Then things got interesting.

What We've Learned.
And Where We're Going.

We’ve been building and running childcare centers in Germany for nearly 15 years. Long enough to know that great childcare takes more than a great idea. It takes great people, clear ways of doing things, strong leadership, and the willingness to keep learning when things don’t go quite as planned.

Over the years, we’ve turned those lessons into a way of working that helps us build quality, stability, and growth without losing sight of what matters most: the children, families, and people behind every center.

Now, we’re taking what we’ve learned beyond Germany. Not to copy and paste what worked here, but to build on it. With new people, new perspectives, and local partners who believe, like we do, that childcare can always get a little better. What we learn next will feed straight back into how we work, what we improve, and what we build from here.

Great Childcare Has a System:
Ours Keeps Learning.

Running one great childcare center is hard. Running many of them without losing what makes them great is even harder.

That’s why we built the hulii Framework. It turns experience into something we can repeat, improve, and share, so every center benefits from more than just its own lessons. But what works today won’t necessarily be the best answer tomorrow. So the Framework is built to keep learning, too.

What happens in our centers feeds back into it. We try things. We watch closely. We learn what works, improve what doesn’t, and turn those lessons into something the next center can use.

So every new center doesn’t just benefit from what hulii already knows. It adds something to what hulii can learn next.

Grow Fast?
We'd Rather Grow Well.

Growth is exciting. Growing too fast usually isn’t.

Every new hulii center has to make sense before it gets a green light. The location. The numbers. The regulations. The people we need to make it work. We look at the whole picture, because opening another center only counts as growth if we can run it well.

And we don’t just look forward. Before taking the next step, we keep a close eye on the centers already running. Occupancy, staffing, quality, performance—if something needs our attention, that comes first.

Because for us, growth isn’t about opening as many centers as possible. It’s about building an organization that can take the next step without losing its footing.

Hello, America. We're hulii.

We’ve learned a lot from nearly 15 years of running childcare centers in Germany. Enough to know what works, and enough to know that what works in one place doesn’t automatically work everywhere else.

Now, we’re bringing that experience to the US. hulii Family Group Inc. gives us the foundation to build from here, bringing our systems, standards, and lessons with us while making room for new people, new ideas, and the realities that make childcare here different.

Entering a new market shouldn’t mean pretending you already know everything. Because we sure don’t. We’ll start carefully, learn quickly, and grow from what works. The goal isn’t to copy the German model in the US. It’s to build great childcare here, too.

Ready to Build What's Next?

Maybe you have an idea. Maybe you see an opportunity. Or maybe you’re simply curious about what hulii is building next.

Either way, we’d love to hear from you. Tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll take it from there.
